Tennessee Hot Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts, skin on
3 TBSP Tennessee Hot Chicken Spice
1 Cup of Oil
2 eggs
1/2 cup of buttermilk
1/4 cup of flour
4 slices white bread
1/2 cup of sliced pickles

Sprinkle 1 TBSP of spice over Chicken. Beat eggs with buttermilk. Mix flour with 1 TBSP of spice. Dip Chicken in eggs, then dredge in flour.

Heat oil to 325 degrees. Cook Chicken, skin side down, until it begins to brown. Turn over and cook until chicken is done (10-15 minutes).

Take 1/2 cup of hot oil and mix in 1 TBSP of spice until bubbling. Brush over chicken. Serve with white bread and pickles. For Gluten-free version, use rice flour and serve without bread.
