4 ears of Corn
5 TBSP Mayonnaise
3 TBSP Puebla Elotes Rub
1 Fresh Lime
2 TBSP Butter
Directions: Soak in water the ears of corn, with husks in tact, for 30 minutes.
Remove from water and let dry on paper towels. Once dried, pull husks (but DO NOT REMOVE) and spread butter on corn. Wrap husks back around corn.
Heat grill to 450. Grill corn for 20 minutes, turning corn every 5 minutes. Remove corn from grill, remove husks and shave corn from Cob in a bowl. Add 5 tbsp mayonnaise and 3 tbsp Elotes rub and mix in bowl, squeeze fresh lime. Serve and enjoy!
