2 tsp of butter
1 TBSP Olive oil
4 – 6 oz Tilapia fillets
1 TBSP Lemon Pepper
2 tsp Kosher Salt
In a large frying pan, melt butter on a medium heat. Add oil.
Put fish in pan. Season with 1/2 of the TBSP of lemon pepper and 1 tsp of salt.
Turn in 4 minutes and season other side with the remainder of the lemon pepper and salt. Cook for 4 more minutes. Cut lemon in half and squeeze a small amount over fish. Recommended to serve over a bed of sautéed spinach with fresh garlic and lemon juice.
